Cloisters, NYC
Took these pictures almost two months ago and have been sitting on them all this time. This particular day (Nov. 11th), I had set out to photograph a different event, at the same area, but ended up making a detour to check out the museum. I’ve been living in Washington Heights over 7 years now and never visited Cloisters; it’s only 20 or so blocks away. I’ve walked around it many, many times though.
Anyway, tomorrow you’ll see the pictures I’d originally set out to take. Meanwhile…enjoy the slideshow!

Thank you, Mark! You’ll love visiting the museum. Esp. if you get to check out their music series. Cloisters and Fort Tryon Park was also used in Al Pacino’s ‘Looking for Richard’
