After taking photos ‘properly’ for a bit it feels good to just go nuts and do it all wrong. Hell with being in focus, composition, and making any damn sense. It’s refreshing! Besides, have to keep my Stories at the Edge series going. Here’s a couple.

Wow– I really love that top photo. A couple months back I heard a curator (was she from MOMA?) who was talking about an exhibit being organized solely of cell phone “documentaries.” I believe I heard it on Leonard Lopate’s show on NPR, but can’t find anything about it now. Just goes to show you can make art out of anything as long as you’re creative and have vision.

Thank you, Julie! This cellphone is technically my first camera. For this kind of stuff, it’s the best. Hmm..I’ll have to look into the MoMA thing. Thanks!
