Speaking of Encoding…
…and regarding uploads on YouTube only: How is that this video looks many times better than this video whereas the first one was shot Sony Cybershot DSC-W55 and the latter with Panasonic GS-180? I used MPEG Streamclip to encode both using the exact same settings. No matter what I did the latter kept looking crappier when uploaded.
