Hiya! Just got back from my week-long trip from Dallas. Yes, yes…I did find myself humming this once or twice. Didn’t get to do much exploring after work. The Cowboys stadium was disappointing but I hear the new one being built will kick ass. Like I know what the fuck I’m talking about football. Didn’t get to take many pictures, except for couple here and there taken from the car. Sucky way to take pictures if you ask me.
Came back in time to catch the repeat (4th) episode of Tell Me You Love Me. Along with AMC’s Mad Men, this is the best show on television. Hope you’re watching it. If not, try to catch them On Demand. The actors are just fucking awesome! Great show…mm mm mm! Catch little bits of the show here.
Juggling a day job and doing things you’re passionate about is hard. I try. I was supposed to write a review of this great book I’d read few weeks back and still haven’t gotten around to it. The authors, Steven Heller and Michael Dooley, have kindly given me permission to use excerpts from the book. How awesomely cool is that! People in the design and art world know who these guys are and probably going, “Who the fuck are you to even talk to them!” To use Nelson’s (from The Simpsons) response “Ha ha!”
I have to finish reviewing my last 4 pieces of radio for PRX and I’m way behind on that too. Not fair to Sydney since she’s been very nice to me over the past year re: my assignments.
Oh, so little time. But wait…I have to share you my freaky Starbucks iced-coffee moment. Maybe on the next post. ![]()

Welcome back! Soon I’ll be back in the states and can watch some of the television you’re always talking about. I’m pretty out of touch with that stuff here in Sicily. I don’t know how you juggle your time! I have a hard time just keeping up my blog and that’s basically all I do. Hmmmmmmm…maybe I shouldn’t admit that!
